La Tarte Flambée Increased Sales Going Tableside


La Tarte Flambée is a busy casual dining restaurant in New York City. Owner Mathias Peter describes it as, “If a pizza and a crepe had a baby it would be a tarte flambée.”



An old fashioned POS system that was no longer adequate to serve customers as efficiently as possible.
