Finalmente Trattoria Simplifies End of Day

January 10, 2017 Andrea Victory

Finalmente Trattoria is a family owned regional Italian restaurant in the heart of Westport, Connecticut serving authentic fare in an intimate setting.

Challenge

Owners Andre and Mary Iodice needed to find a solution for their time-consuming and “error-filled” handwritten tickets. They wanted orders and end of day reporting to be simpler with no costly mistakes!

Solution

Enter TouchBistro, the iPad POS that when taken tableside, eliminates the need for paper and pencil, along with custom reporting options to streamline end of day.

Result

No more illegible handwriting – and improved accuracy! Instead of spending the end of a busy shift hovering over a stack of messy, spotted, handwritten sheets, everything is calculated, accounted for, and stored in the POS. Mary and Andre can run their reports quickly and get their day end accounting finished faster!

“With TouchBistro, our processes are faster, from getting tickets to the kitchen to closing checks. We used to waste a lot of time adding and re-writing many of the checks. The accuracy of the system is 100%."

–Mary Iodice, Finalmente Trattoria, Westport, CT
