TouchBistro and Square worked together to make sure that their systems are compatible with each other. This app to app integration allows all venue types and sizes to serve patrons, collect payments, and manage their business better.

Any Quick-Service and Full Service restaurants in need of an EMV tableside payment solution. From Food trucks, to farmer's markets, even on-the-go coffee shops; essentially, anyone wanting to take payment, wherever they are, has the power to do so with our Square integration.

Q: Which devices are supported?
Square has three devices which are all currently supported in the US; the Square Reader, the Square Stand, and Square’s Contactless & Chip Reader. However, the Square Contactless & Chip Reader is not yet available in Canada.
Q: Why is the Contactless Reader only available in the US?
A: Right now, Square is primarily targeting the US region. As they expand their EMV support, the integration will become available to more countries.
Q: What is an app to app integration?
A: The TouchBistro and Square apps on your iPad communicate with one another to create a seamless payment experience. As such, you must download both the TouchBistro and Square apps to your iPad.
